Not only have I been an Executive myself, but I still work in the professional environment as a Non-Executive Director on multiple boards, where I apply the tools, techniques and modalities I teach, myself.
I've mentored women for over 10 years and my soul purpose is supporting them in their growth and success.
I don't just talk the talk by teaching the theory, but practice what I preach, providing practical advice as to how to implement the deep learning in your personal life and your career.
Blending mentoring with the deep inner work needed to excel
During my Executive career I had very few strong female mentors to look up to, so developed my leadership skills through experience and personal values work.
As I continued with my own inner work and explored new modalities (Astrology, Human Design, Life Activation, Crystal Healing and Aura Healing), I came to the realisation that these holistic approaches work exceptionally well alongside more conventional modalities (Values alignment, Strengths, NLP, CBT) but in a far deeper way.
I've seen first hand the difference that mentoring can make in my own life, and as I became more senior I was naturally drawn to supporting women, particularly through mentoring,
SheCapital brings together these aspects to support women in leading with their hearts. Through knowing themselves better, we help them to lead from a powerful place of alignment, self-confidence and acceptance.

My experience and qualifications
Today I have the joy of living out my soul purpose of supporting women, but for many years I combined that with a successful Executive career.
I'm a digital transformation, technology and marketing specialist with over 30 years' experience in award-winning businesses, over 15 of which were specifically focused on digital transformation.
I currently serve on boards of multiple organisations as a Non-Executive Director, and am a frequent public speaker at business conferences.
I am an accredited Strengthscope® Practitioner and certified in CBT and NLP.
I am also a certified Life Activation practitioner, Aura healer, Ensofic Reiki practitioner and Max Meditation™ teacher. The proven energy healing modalities I use are over 3,000 years old, taught in the lineage of King Salomon, which I use alongside Human Design and Birth Charts to help you unlock your true potential.
Célia has been my mentor for over 8 years now, . In that time, she’s seen me through five new jobs, one relocation, a handful of interviews and umpteen decisions and questions.
I am forever grateful for her counsel and guidance which has been invaluable to both my personal and professional growth.
